There is another fellow recording under this name and I quote my friend Carl from Munich: I recently bought this Andre Williams from the 80's called "It's The Same Old Song" and you should definitely delete it again from his discography because it isn't THE Andre Williams. The real Andre might be in a video called "Strange Fruit: Rock Apocrypha", but details are unknown.
