this is also called the Combo Deluxe Box or the Pizza Box 200 made the first five Estrus singles (ES 701-705) were collected in this box various thingies were included: - a 3" by 2" booklet describing the bands and their members - three black and white postcards of the Mono Men, Game For Vultures and Marble Orchard - one 4" by 1" card advertising the now defunct Estrus Crust Club - and last but not least, a small package of 100% natural parmesan cheese
